Abstract

The objective of this paper is to analyze some implications of popular social movements as an “expression” of governance and the formation of social capital to enhance institutionalization of gobernability. At the same time that some conclusions are obtained possible new developments are formulated.

PhD in Economics from Keele University

D. in Public Administration from Columbia State University.

Master in Administration from Pacific States University.

He has published more than 70 scientific research papers with international recognition.

He is a visiting professor at Carleton University in Canada, Universidad de Colima, Universidad de Occidente in Sinaloa, Instituto Politécnico Nacional, the Technological Institutes of Cd. Guzmán and Colima, Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, etc. among other institutions.
