Abstract

The author tries to analyze electoral effectiveness by applying the concepts exposed in writings referring to the origin of political thought, in order to achieve a significant advance regarding this research project. It is not the intention in this work to give conclusions because in such a way, the political methodology necessary to do so is not yet applied.
