Abstract

What is specifically human, at social levels and in relation to what we call scientific communication, is not in personal intercommunication but, first, in the self-awareness of the implicit power that the communicative act contains and, nowadays, already elevated to scientific rank through the application of new technologies and psycho-sociology, in the consolidated fact of the use of information as a weapon of domination of a minority of human beings over the majority of the social body.
