Abstract

Informational companies, in general, are exposed to business laws like any company. The information companies are not only to sell information but their priority objective is to survive in the information market. How to reduce costs, improve the quality of our product - see newspaper, radio or television programs - without a doubt, the media are in need of identifying and choosing the most appropriate personnel strategies for the company. Many social media executives struggle to find an answer in the management strategies devised by management gurus.
