SPECIAL ISSUE MARCH 8
Copyright Policy
In RLCS, authors who publish their work retain all rights to their articles. Our journal adopts a clear copyright policy to ensure the protection of authors' rights and to promote the dissemination of knowledge.
Copyright and License
- Retention of Rights: Authors who publish in RLCS retain all rights to their work. This means that authors retain the right to reproduce, distribute, and publicly communicate their work.
- Creative Commons License: Upon publication in RLCS, articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). Under this license, others are allowed to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format, remix, transform, and build upon the material under the following terms:
- Attribution: Appropriate credit must be given to the authors and RLCS, a link to the license must be provided, and any changes made must be indicated. This can be done in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the authors or RLCS endorse the use made.
- NonCommercial: The material cannot be used for commercial purposes.
- No Additional Restrictions: Legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits cannot be applied.
- Additional Permissions: Any use of the material that is not covered by this license requires the express permission of the authors.
Copyright Notices
- First Publication: Authors retain the copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication of the work simultaneously under a Creative Commons Attribution license, which allows others to share the work as long as they acknowledge the authorship of the work and the initial publication in this journal.
- Non-Exclusive Distribution: Once the article is published, whether in its final version or in the early release version, non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the journal (e.g., publishing it in an institutional repository or in a book) is permitted, with recognition of its initial publication in this journal.
- Self-Archiving: Authors are permitted to post their work in institutional repositories or on their personal websites once it has been approved for publication, as this can generate productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of the published work.
Adherence to the Berlin Declaration
RLCS adheres to the Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in the Sciences and Humanities, promoting immediate free access to its content under the principle of free availability to the public, which fosters a greater global exchange of knowledge.
