The world of the media reaches the third millennium marked by a double and simultaneous global-local trend. This phase of great transformations of the last half of the 20th century, which advances hand in hand with current technologies and the economy, has led us to a more globalized society in which there is a revaluation and a rediscovery of the local. Global and local constitute the two sides of the same coin, which symbolizes the communication hypersector.
