Abstract

Communication is inherent in democratic regimes because only through the former can compliance with the postulates of freedom and equality be required for all citizens. And it is that, so that a voter can exercise his right to vote with absolute freedom, he needs a reflection on the information he receives, without it having been previously limited. Therefore, this freedom to pronounce on those matters submitted to popular consultation, constitutes the key right of any democratic society and is specified at the time of voting, although for this, the voter needs to have the necessary information in advance to express your will.
