¿Fans o turistas accidentales? Perfil de los visitantes del turismo cinematográfico en parques temáticos western a través de reseñas en línea

Introducción: El turismo cinematográfico ha experimentado un notable crecimiento en las últimas décadas, influyendo en el atractivo de los destinos y en el comportamiento de los turistas. Sin embargo, la literatura se ha centrado principalmente en los turistas inducidos por el cine, prestando menor atención a los turistas cinematográficos accidentales. Metodología: Este estudio analiza los perfiles, motivaciones, experiencias, satisfacción, autenticidad percibida y lealtad de los visitantes de dos parques temáticos westerns situados en Almería (España): Fort Bravo–Texas Hollywood y Oasys–MiniHollywood. Se adopta un enfoque metodológico mixto basado en el análisis de 858 reseñas en línea de TripAdvisor, combinando análisis de contenido cualitativo y técnicas de minería de texto. Resultados: Los resultados muestran un predominio de narrativas recreativas y familiares en las reseñas, muchas de las cuales no se asocian explícitamente a motivaciones cinematográficas ni permiten su clasificación directa como turismo cinematográfico. Por otra parte, aunque los fans cinematográficos representan una minoría, presentan mayores niveles de satisfacción, perciben una autenticidad más elevada y muestran una mayor propensión a recomendar o regresar al parque. Discusión: Estos hallazgos evidencian la coexistencia de perfiles heterogéneos de visitantes y refuerzan la idea de que el turismo cinematográfico se configura, en estos contextos, como una experiencia híbrida en la que el componente fílmico convive con usos recreativos más amplios. Conclusiones: El estudio contribuye a la literatura sobre turismo cinematográfico al ampliar el foco más allá del turista inducido, incorporando perfiles con distintos niveles de implicación con el componente cinematográfico.
